Inside deck to support 60-ton-traffic, the most demanding class of traffic these days. The deck has been tested and guarantees a support of at least 4000 kN/m2. According to the latest Dutch standards (NEN-ISO 6706-2007), the highest wheelprint pressure is 200 kN for a 0,35 m x 0,6 m. wheelprint, matching a pressure of 952 kN/m2. The InfraCore® Inside deck supports loads that exceed that pressure by four times.

The design and production process of the InfraCore 60-ton-traffic bridge is technically advanced; production prices are relatively low compared to concrete bridges. Also, swift mounting of the bridges reduces traffic congestion to a minimum. Therefore the InfraCore 60-ton-traffic bridge is a serious alternative to bridges with ultra-high-load concrete decks. Moreover, in most cases of renovation, the existing foundations can be re-used, since a deck made out of fibre-reinforced composite is much lighter than concrete.
